Responsible body is the natural or legal person who alone or together with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing processes are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right of objection against data collection in special casas and against direct advertising (Art. 21 DSGVO)

If data processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the DSGVO, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you file an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Opposition according to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO).

If your personal data are processed for advertising purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of infringements of the DSGVO, the persons concerned have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place where the alleged infringement is alleged. The right of appeal is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data transferability

SSL or TLS encryption

Right to limitation of processing

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the examination, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was / is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you do need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have filed an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO, a consideration must be made between your and our interests. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data may only be processed – apart from their storage – with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or on grounds of an important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

Objection against advertising e-mails

We herewith object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

These data are not combined with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and optimization of his website – for this purpose the server log files must be recorded.
